The monthly cycle

A simple rhythm,
repeated every month.

We've kept this as close as possible to the WhatsApp group we already run. The website just adds structure so nothing slips and everyone can see what's happening.

  1. 01

    Become a member

    Request to join through the website. A current member vouches for you. Saira approves and creates your account.

  2. 02

    Contribute (1st–10th)

    Send your PKR 2,000–3,000 to Saira via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. Tap 'I've sent it' on the site to confirm. That's it.

  3. 03

    Nominate (1st–15th)

    If you know someone in genuine need — a widow, a student, a family in a tough month — nominate them with a short note. Other members can see all nominations.

  4. 04

    Selection (around the 16th)

    Saira reviews all nominations and selects one beneficiary for the month. Everyone sees who was chosen and the reason.

  5. 05

    Help is sent

    Saira transfers the pooled amount directly to the beneficiary or their family.

  6. 06

    Report back (end of month)

    Saira posts an update — what was sent, what it was used for, and any photo or note from the beneficiary (with permission and anonymity where needed).
